Pricing Philosophy
In pricing and charging for my work, I am balancing two truths.

Everyone needs and deserves healing.
I deeply believe that everyone should be able to receive the support they need. Some people have the financial ability to pay for this support, but others do not. Requiring people who have been traumatized and systematically oppressed to pay for their healing feels inherently wrong.
2. Healers need and deserve financial security and a sustainable livelihood.
Living under capitalism and committing my life to this healing work requires me to make it financially and energetically sustainable. This means charging for my services, which also honors the time and financial investment I have spent in building my particular skillsets.
How do I balance both of these truths in my business?
A sliding scale payment structure and scholarship spots.
SLIDING SCALE
Rather than working off of a fixed rate, I charge for my work on a sliding scale.
A sliding scale is an equity-based payment structure where the client’s financial situation informs the rate they pay for a service. I offer guidance for my clients to self-assign their appropriate rate within the scales I offer for my workshops and services.
SCHOLARSHIP
I reserve a handful of scholarship spots for every workshop and service that I offer. These spots are donation-based and first-come, first-served. When these spots fill, I open up a waitlist.
Sliding Scale
I work off of a trust-based model. When you hire me, you choose your rate within my sliding scale after self-assessing based on the guidance below.
LOW END
Choose a rate on the low end of the sliding scale if you:

Do not have a financial safety net

Have large debt or student loans

Are Black, Indigenous, or suffer from identity-based systemic oppression
MIDDLE
Choose a rate in the middle of the sliding scale if you:

Can go out to eat without thinking about your finances

Have a salaried job with benefits

Have family that would financially support you if you needed it
HIGH END
Choose a rate on the high end of my sliding scale if you:

Own property or other significant assets

Make over $100K per year

Never feel afraid of not having enough money
Please pay at the highest rate that you are able to, and know that there is no ceiling. Your generosity supports me in offering scholarships to those who are unable to afford my rates.
SCHOLARSHIP
I offer a limited number of donation-based scholarships for those who cannot afford the lower end of my sliding scale. If you are in need and interested in receiving a scholarship for a workshop or for any of my services, please fill out this form.
