CONFLICT SUPPORT
1:1 GUIDANCE
FOR HEALING & GROWTH

If you struggle with conflict, you are not alone.
Conflict is edgy. When it arises, our nervous systems often feel unsafe, and we can quickly turn against one another.
You’ve probably experienced this—maybe enough times that you’ve learned to avoid conflict altogether.
But conflict doesn’t have to be destructive. When approached with intention, skill, and support, it can become a doorway to healing, growth, and deeper connection.

Are you in the middle of a conflict and unsure what to do next?
Maybe you’ve already tried talking it through and you’re feeling stuck, uncertain whether to lean in or pull back.
Maybe the other person’s reactions feel confusing, and you’re starting to question whether you’re taking too much responsibility, or not enough.
Maybe you’ve heard of mediation, but you’re not ready to bring in a third party — you just want professional support to help you make sense of what’s happening and get clear on your next steps.
Conflict support offers exactly that.

It’s a space to slow things down, be fully heard, return to an embodied place of safety, and unpack how your body, history, and relational patterns may be contributing to the situation. Together, we will unwind the knotted threads of the conflict to help you discern what’s yours, what’s not, and what to do next—given your needs, desires, and hopes for the relationship.
As a lifelong student of conflict, a Certified Conflict Mediator, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I bring both structure and care to this work. I help people take personal responsibility, access more compassion, and consciously choose how they want to respond.

If you’re ready for support, I invite you to reach out.
Conflict support sessions are available for individuals who want expert guidance, nervous-system–informed care, and practical tools to navigate a challenging situation. You don’t need to have a clear goal or a “right” outcome in mind going in—just a willingness to explore what’s happening and what you need next.
Schedule a free 30-minute curiosity call to see if this kind of support is a good fit.

"Lux’s approach to conflict is incredible, with insight that was inspirational and tangible, and an approach based on somatics. Since doing this session, I have shared some of the perspectives I learned and tried some of the next steps Lux suggested.
I’m thrilled to report that this conflict has really shifted, after having been locked in place for a few months. The session with Lux contributed to that shift in a huge way, particularly by helping me feel supported and grounded as I shared feedback with the friends involved in the conflict.
I am happy to know Lux’s support is out there, knowing that conflict is an inevitable part of life (particularly when leaning into re-villaging)."

Sometimes even after getting 1:1 support, we still can’t find resolution with the person we are in conflict with.
When this is the case, you might consider bringing in a Mediator.
With Conflict Mediation, you can bring support directly into the room with you as you process a conflict.
